The DockerCon Review Committee has been working hard to build a bigger and better program that reflects the diversity of the Docker ecosystem and community. From Docker use cases at large corporations, to advanced technical talks and hands on hands-on lab tutorials, DockerCon will have sessions adapted to every expertise levels and domain of interests. Each conference day will start with a general session in the morning, followed by breakout tracks.
Black Belt talks are presented by Docker experts. Attendees of this track are looking for advanced technical deep dives they haven’t seen before. These sessions are code and demo heavy and light on the slides. From Docker internals to advanced container orchestration, security and networking, this track should delight most of the container ninjas in the room.
Use case talks are about practical applications of Docker. Attendees are looking for solutions and your experience implementing Docker. Use case sessions are heavy on technical detail and implementation advice. Make sure your company is ok with you sharing some of your infrastructure setup details.
Anything goes in wildcard as long as it’s Docker related. Culture, community, tech trends, business or innovative talks are a perfect fit for the wildcard track. Wildcard talks are all about informing, inspiring and delighting attendees in the light of what they can with containers and other related technologies.
From introduction to Docker engine to advanced orchestration, networking, security and distribution this track we’ll includes everything you need to know about the entire Docker Stack. We’ll walk you through the best way to build, ship and run distributed applications with both Docker Open Source and commercial solutions.
The Community Theater is an exciting addition to DockerCon. Located in the Ecosystem Expo, the Community Theater will feature 16 lightning talks over the two days given by various community members on a range of topics. Lightning talks will be chosen from the open Call for Proposals as well as proposals from Docker ecosystem partners.
