This year at DockerCon, you are the show. You'll get a Bluetooth, LED wristband when you arrive that lets you earn and track points. The more you do, the more points you'll earn. You can raise your Docker rank, earn points to promote tech diversity, and maybe walk out with an awesome prize.
You'll be assigned a Docker rank about a week before the conference based on your Docker community engagement and Docker expertise.
Then you'll earn points as you socialize, learn, share and take part in activities. Earn enough and you can bump up your Docker rank and improve your odds of winning an awesome prize. All the while you will be contributing to the community point total, which will boost contributions to the Docker Scholarship Fund.
Get your wristband at registration and activate it with the game rep.
Open the DockerCon app to receive your starting rank.
Earn points just by doing all the stuff you love doing at DockerCon already.
As you network your way through DockerCon and share knowledge, bump bands with others to exchange contact info and you'll also earn points.
Complete exercises in the Hands-On Lab or take part in discussions at Contribute and Collaborate.
Get points for contributing to GitHub and DockerHub, rating sessions, and presenting at open forums.
One person in each rank will win a prize by random drawing. The higher your rank, the smaller the pool, the better your chances.
Why wait for the conference to mix it up with the Docker community, to share ideas, and to contribute code and resources?
Download the DockerCon app, share a #DockerSelfie and join in various discussion channels on the conference app.

Points scored at DockerCon are not only for individual achievement. We will pool points as a DockerCon community and unlock inaugural funding for the Docker Scholarship Fund. Learning, meeting others and sharing at DockerCon will result in supporting underrepresented groups in the tech industry.
Be sure to watch the community point total grow on-site at DockerCon, and help us unlock a maximum donation from Docker!
